The Judiciary Requests Suite is a product dedicated to the management that the company receives from the Judiciary, with the help of the competent authorities, in the exercise of its functions as a requesting body.

The solution allows the management of Investigations and Investigations, the management of Seizures and also the possible transfer of funds to the Single Justice Fund, allowing the Administrative Secretariat or the Departments responsible for dialogue with the Judiciary to provide the requested information in a timely and exhaustive manner , as well as to fulfill the obligations that could be imposed as a result of the investigation activities. In particular, in addition to communicating with the central systems to find and provide the requested information, the solution allows the monitoring and possible blocking of relationships subject to precautionary measures, as well as the creation of mirror accounts for the transfer, temporary or definitive, at the FUG. A template system is able to query a system to produce the reporting documents required by the control body, such as the Half-yearly Claims Report or the Annual Cases Report. The creation of reports and documents is completely automated and carried out by applying proprietary algorithms customized on the basis of customer needs, in order to eliminate errors due to manual entry. The updating of the documents created in this way can be periodic, or, if the suite integrates other Micra products, in real time.
