Switch is the solution that allows incoming communications from centralized email/PEC mailboxes to arrive within a management program.

It is no longer necessary to access the mailbox periodically and load each communication into an application or a product file: thanks to the special technological interface, the tool intercepts the communications, and offers them to the attention of the users and the offices that must work them, allowing the taking charge of each communication, the connection with the product data sheet and the mark of each element, in order to avoid duplication of positions. It is also possible to reject unrelated communications.

It is then possible to create practice sheets starting directly from incoming communications, as well as choosing whether to start from the entire message or only from an attachment.

The Switch solution can be integrated with other Micra products, creating a virtuous management ecosystem that helps reduce repetitive activities to focus on those with higher added value.
